删除 /etc/systemd/system/kubelet.service.d/10-kubeadm.conf 的 KUBELET_NETWORK_ARGS，然后重启kubelet服务 临时解决。没啥用
根本原因是缺少： k8s.gcr.io/pause-amd64:3.1

16 删除flannel网络
